30 days to make an exchange or a return
No stress at Cool-Fouta, you’ve got 30 days to return your Foutas. If the returned items are still new, unworn and in their original wrapping, we will refund you your money within 3 days after your parcel is received in our warehouse.
Express dispatching
When you buy something online, you want to get it as soon as possible. That’s why at Cool-Fouta when you see an item on sale, it means that it’s in stock and ready to be shipped the same day depending on when you made the order and the delivery option you have chosen.
All orders placed before 23h Monday-Thursday and before 14h Fridays are shipped in less than 24h.
If you make an order during the weekend, it will be dispatched on Monday afternoon and all orders made during a holiday will be dispatched on the next business day. All this is possible, because at Cool-Fouta, all items are in stock when you see them on the website.
