Cool-Fouta Returns Policy:

At Cool-Fouta, our priority is to be satisfied with the products you have purchased. Therefore, you can change any item you have purchased, regardless of the reason.

You have 30 working days from the reception of your order, to request the return (According to article 44 of Law 7/1996, dated January 15, Retail Trade Order amended by Law 47/2002, of 19 December).

Do not worry if in this period you do not have time to make the return shipment. If you tell us, it's enough.

Return Terms and Conditions:

Here are the Terms and Conditions that must be fulfilled when making a return:

  • The products that are to be returned must be in the same conditions in which they were sent. They must keep the original packaging, labels, guarantees, etc.
  • The shipment must be made using the same protective carton in which it has been received to protect the product. For the case that can not be made with the protective box with which it was delivered, the CLIENT must return it in a protective box in order for the product to reach the store of COOL-FOUTA IBIZA with the maximum possible guarantees.
  • A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, where the products returned and the reason for the return are also marked.
  • The cost of shipping in the return will be borne by the customer. In case the return is due to an error on our part, or to a factory defect, Cool-Fouta will be responsible for the shipping costs on the return. To do so, contact us beforehand to pick you up.

After examining the article we will tell you if you are entitled to the refund of the amounts paid, for the purchased items. ONLY the amount of the item (s) will NEVER be refunded, including the cost of shipping, reimbursement and gift packaging.

The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within the period of 30 days from the date you notified us of your intention to give up. The return will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay the purchase, in case of purchases with Card or by bank transfer, for orders against reimbursement, to an account where the holder of the same is the person who performed The order, these data must be sent by the customer by email. There will be no change or return of products that are not in the same conditions in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product or those personalized items.

This provision does not affect the rights granted to the consumer by the legislation in force.

Returns of products that are defective or sent in error:

Once you have received the product if you see that it is not what you ordered or has a defect, you have to contact us as soon as possible, writing in the contact form, providing the order number, customer data, product reference and In case of defective product, photograph where the defect is seen.

Once we receive the notification, we will contact you to find out how we will proceed to collect the product, indicating the agency and pick up times at your address.

Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, we will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if the return or replacement thereof (if any) is necessary. The return or replacement of the article will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days after the date we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the nonconforming article is necessary.

In the event that the product (s) can not be replaced, the amounts paid for those products that are returned, due to any defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be refunded in full, including delivery costs incurred to deliver the item.

Returns and partial cancellations will give rise to partial refunds, of the total amount paid for the entire order. The cost of transportation, reimbursement and gift packaging will not be refunded in case the return is partial.
